Dear Exhibitors: Thank you for your continued trust and support for the Guangzhou (International) Trade Fair for Performing Arts Equipment, Intelligent Acoustic and Optical Products! As an important bridge connecting the global business community, we are about to usher in an annual industry event from April 6 to 8! The exhibition serves as a window for showcasing corporate image and a reception hall for international business exchanges. To jointly create a high-end business exhibition and exchange platform that respects innovation, is environmentally friendly, quiet and comfortable, the GETshow Organizing Committee hereby issues the following notice to all exhibitors:

Notice on Strictly Abiding by National Intellectual Property Laws and Regulations

The 2026 GETshow will continue to uphold the "Silent Exhibition" philosophy, aiming to create a quiet, professional and comfortable business negotiation environment for all exhibitors and visitors. To ensure the overall order of the exhibition, the GETshow Organizing Committee hereby solemnly reiterates and clarifies the relevant regulations on audio control for product demonstrations. All exhibitors are required to strictly comply with the following provisions: Silent Period: During the exhibition, no audio demonstrations or any sound playback are allowed in the entire venue from 12:00 to 14:00 at noon, and full silence shall be implemented. Halls 1.1 and 2.1 (Audio Halls) as well as Halls 2.2, 3.2 and 4.2 (Lighting Halls are designated as full-time silent demonstration areas;
Except for the above silent halls, other halls are **controlled audio demonstration areas, where moderate sound playback for product effect display is permitted, with the volume strictly controlled below 80 decibels.
Laser & Lighting Demonstrations:
1. Laser and lighting demonstrations are **limited within the booth area** and shall not exceed the booth boundaries. Please ensure safety during demonstrations to avoid eye burns caused by direct laser or lighting exposure.
2. Laser beams may damage the image sensors of mobile phones, cameras, camcorders and other equipment. Please take proper protection. Any losses incurred therefrom shall be borne by the equipment owner.
