Essential Guide for Exhibitors

Event Dates: April 6–8, 2026

Venue: Zone A & D, Canton Fair Complex, Guangzhou

Scale: 150,000 sqm exhibition area | 1,000+ world-renowned brand exhibitors

The 2026 GETshow will be grandly held at Zone A & D, Canton Fair Complex, Guangzhou, China from April 6 to 8. With an unprecedented scale covering Zones A and D of the Canton Fair Complex, this edition of GETshow is set to become an international trade event connecting the globe.

To ensure that all exhibitors can smoothly carry out exhibition setup and preparation work, the Organizing Committee has carefully prepared the Exhibitor Guide to assist you with key arrangements, helping you achieve a successful and rewarding exhibition. Below is the key information for your detailed reference. We will explain the procedures for badge registration, collection, transportation routes and other matters one by one.

Exhibitor Check-in & Badge Collection Arrangements

1. Registration begins: Registration and badge collection will commence on April 2, 2026. 

2. Badge collection period: April 2-5, 2026, 09:00–16:30.

3. Collection locations:

Exhibitors in Zone A: Booth 1-1, Pearl River Promenade, Zone A, Canton Fair Complex;

Exhibitors in Zone D: Booth 20-4, Pearl River Promenade, Zone D, Canton Fair Complex; 

4. Required documents for badge collection (all are mandatory):

The collector must present the following on-site:

(1) Original ID card;

(2) Company business card or a Letter of Authorization with company seal (see Appendix 1 for details);

(3) If a company business card is unavailable, the Letter of Authorization (Appendix 1) can be used. 

5. Safety requirements for entry: All personnel entering the venue during the preparation and dismantling of the exhibition must wear safety helmets, and safety belts must be worn when working at heights.

2026 GETshow Schedule of Exhibition Periods

Application and instructions for overtime work during the preparation and dismantling of GETshow 2026 (see table below). Please read and understand carefully, plan your time reasonably, and save costs.

Special Notes:

1. For overtime work during the setup and dismantling periods, the venue requires application and payment to the main contractor two hours before closing time.

2. Unauthorized overtime work is not permitted.

Construction Permit, Construction Vehicle Permit, and Exhibitor Product Vehicle Permit Application:

 Note: Qualifications for Permit Application

 1、Drawings have been approved;

 2、All fees (garbage removal fees and other charges) have been paid to the main contractor.

(1) On-site certificate processing time: The process will begin 10 days before the start of the exhibition, i.e., on March 24, 2026; On-site certificate processing time is: 09:00 - 17:30. (2) Certificate processing location: (The certificate processing points in Zones A and D have been merged and are now located as shown in the image below)Northeast corner of the login hall in Zone D. (3）Exhibitor's process for preparing exhibit and dismantling permits and vehicle passes

 Exhibitors can quickly apply for truck permits via a mini-program -- (This is only applicable to trucks carrying exhibits; special vehicles belonging to construction companies are not eligible). A streamlined application process for truck passes for exhibitors and exhibits has been developed to eliminate the need for activation procedures. Exhibitors can simply scan the QR code below to log in with one click and complete the application process for passes and manage invoices.

Document application steps:

1. Scan the QR code to access the certificate processing channel.

2. Select the exhibition for which you need to apply for a vehicle permit, click "Create Application Form," and then click "Add."

3. Select your login mobile number, click "One-Click Login," and follow the instructions to enter the relevant information to complete the application.

4. After approval, pay online via the mini-program

Payment and Permit Collection: Online payment is available on the mini-program. Once your application number is approved, you can pay directly through the mini-program and present the payment record on-site to collect your permit.

Invoice Management: For vehicle permits processed through the mini-program, the invoice for the permit fee can be managed in "My" - "My Invoices" within the mini-program. Invoicing for deposits deducted after the deadline will be automatically sent via SMS to your mobile phone.

Permit Mailing: After paying the permit fee, if you require permit mailing service, you can fill in the courier information. Courier service is EMS, collect on delivery.

Permit Management: Exhibitor vehicle permits are applied for through the exhibitor permit application mini-program. The applicant can be an exhibitor or a booth construction company, but the applicant's company name must be the exhibiting company.

Truck Traffic Restrictions in Guangzhou

Traffic control measures are in place in Guangzhou. Trucks are restricted from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM daily. To avoid impacting your setup and dismantling operations, please read the "Announcement of the Guangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Detachment Regarding the Adjustment of Truck Traffic Restriction Scope in Guangzhou Urban Area" in advance.

transportation: Avoid 7:00–9:00 AM and 5:00–8:00 PM. 

Prioritize: 9:00–5:00 PM and 8:00–7:00 AM the following day.

Suggestions for avoiding traffic congestion during setup and dismantling:

Exhibitors and their vehicles used for booth construction should only enter the restricted traffic area around the exhibition hall during the following times: 07:00-09:00 and 17:00-20:00.

Please be sure to follow the following instructions:

✅ Recommended route: Vehicles may only enter the exhibition hall's dedicated truck entrance from the South China Expressway or Xinhua Expressway exits and must follow the designated route.

✅ Truck permits must be submitted and processed one day in advance to ensure that truck permits are obtained before entering the site.

Important Reminder:

Same-day permit processing and entry into restricted areas are not supported. You must apply and confirm your application one day in advance, otherwise you will face penalties.

2026 GETshow Truck Waiting & Queueing

Starting at 22:00 the night before the setup and dismantling of the exhibition, the exhibition hall will allow trucks used for setup and dismantling to enter the waiting area of the exhibition hall (prerequisite: setup and dismantling vehicle permits have been processed and obtained).

Notes on Truck Charges During Exhibition Setup Period

Car Routes During Exhibition Setup and Opening Periods: During exhibition setup and opening, cars shall enter from Gate 8 of the venue and park in the underground parking lot of Zone A or Zone D. When the underground lot is full, cars may enter via Gate 2 and park in the above-ground parking lot.

Application process for non-Guangdong A license plates (including new energy vehicles) to enter Guangzhou city:

I. Official Reservation Portal
Path: Search for the Guangzhou Traffic Police WeChat official account (recommended) → Follow → Bottom menu "Travel Services" → Peak hour traffic restrictions for passenger cars → After real-name authentication and login, you can fill in the relevant information to apply.

II. Key Rules (Must Read) 

Quota: 12 working days per vehicle per year, valid for the current year only, no carry-over;

Time: Restricted only on weekdays 7:30–9:00 and 17:00–19:00; no restrictions on weekends/holidays;

Reservation Validity: Must apply in advance, same-day reservations are not allowed.
