A Perfect Curtain Call, Yet the Passion for Rock Remains

On the evening of March 21, the spring night in Beijing was illuminated by a rock feast. The first stop of New Pants' 30th Anniversary Tour "Beihai Monster · When the Wave Comes" took place at Beijing Huaxi Bio·Runbaiyan Center. With their most passionate performances, they awakened the love and enthusiasm of every music fan. From classic old songs to new interpretations, every song ignited the whole venue, every line touched the heart, bringing an immersive audio-visual experience to the audience.

Escorted by Lingyan, Empowering the Stage with Technolog

When music becomes the signal to explore the universe, light and shadow are the brushstrokes that outline the world. For this concert, Lingyan Technology created a 360° immersive stage with a rotating, lifting double-ring four-sided platform. Through precise scheduling and commissioning, the lighting synchronized perfectly with stage mechanical movements, flawlessly matching New Pants' retro new wave style. During Narcissism Is Pride, beams of light outlined the shape of a "giant flying saucer"; as the circular stage lifted, light and shadow unfolded scenes of interstellar travel. For Bye Bye Disco, light spots created a retro romance, and the beams of classic hits ignited the audience’s enthusiasm. YEL Intelligence Technology deployed 3 Thunderbird 3000 consoles and 15 NPUs to achieve intelligent control of all venue lighting equipment, with the colors and rhythms of light and shadow precisely echoing the core of each song.For the full-view layout of the four-sided stage, Lingyan Technology optimized lighting coverage based on core equipment, minimizing visual blind spots. This allowed the entire audience to clearly feel the resonance of light, shadow and melody, enjoying an immersive experience of the stage’s charm.
